Pricing & refund policy
◷ 7-Day Free Trial Policy
One free trial per business. The trial ends after 7 days or once 100 minutes are used, whichever comes first, and unused minutes do not carry over. Upgrade to a paid plan to continue using Dial Tiger after the trial, or cancel anytime during the trial with no charge.
▣ Pricing policy
All service prices displayed on our website and proposals are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes where required. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' written notice to existing clients.
Monthly plans are billed on the same date each month from the day your free trial ends. You'll receive an invoice by email before each charge is processed.
↺ Refund policy
No charges are made during the 7-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, or before your first 100 minutes are used, you will not be billed. If you don't cancel, standard monthly billing begins once the trial ends.
Once billing begins, the current billing cycle is non-refundable. You can cancel at any time before your next billing date and you will not be charged again. Your service continues until the end of the paid period.
There are no long-term contracts. Cancel any monthly plan with 7 days' written notice before your next billing date. We do not charge early termination fees.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued in CAD. Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or card provider are outside our control.
